Please report any problems within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We are unable to process requests after this 30-day period.

Our products are custom-made for you. Returns and full refunds are available in the following situations:

1. The product significantly differs from its description or the preview shown.
2. The product is damaged due to our manufacturing process or during shipping.
3. You received an incorrect product.

Note: A variation of up to 20% between product images and the actual product may occur due to lighting or monitor display differences. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and tax costs.

For cases not specified above, a partial refund, excluding shipping costs, may be considered.

To initiate a claim, please email the following details to us:

1. Your order number.
2. Photos or videos showing the defect.
3. For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error.
4. For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale.
5. If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label.
6. For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required.

Our support team will review your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no extra cost or, if a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer errors, including:

1. Incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.
2. Incorrect address leading to lost orders.
3. Change of mind.
4. Damage caused by the customer.
5. Failure to review the design or provide personalization details.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Refusing delivery or unauthorized returns do not guarantee a refund.

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please notify us via email. We will investigate and, if the loss is due to our error, offer a replacement or full refund. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or if the package is refused or forwarded by the recipient.

Replacement orders will follow standard order processing times.

For approved refunds, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
