Shipping Areas

We currently only ship to the following countries. All orders are shipped from China:

United States, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Greece.

1. How Long for Shipment?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Standard Shipping

Processing: 3-5 business days
Delivery: 5-7 business days
Cost: $6.99, Free on orders over $59.99
Total Time: Approximately 8-12 business days

Expedited Shipping

Processing: 3-5 business days
Delivery: 4-6 business days
Cost: $14.99
Total Time: Approximately 7-11 business days

Note:

  1. Taxes (if charged) should be afforded by the customer.
  2. The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially shipping addresses outside NA or EU), bad weather and international couriers.

2. Where Is My Order?

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in both your account email and order number in order to monitor order status.

3. Tips for Shipping

  1. To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email address and mobile number during the checkout process.
  2. Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
  3. PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Momommy.
  4. Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
